He is no doubt very knowledgeable officer but he is lack of leadership skills. Yep!
He is very bad at managing and organizing works. Very badly.
He, himself has no clear targets and objectives in his works.
"Just do everything, then let BIG-BOSS choose" - His favourite quote I would say.
He is very bad-tempered (shouting and yelling adalah his BEST skills, so far)
Above all, dia adalah seorang yang teramat KELAM KABUT.
Dan, 'kruk krukk krukkkk krukkk' (hanya yang tahu saja memahami)
Could someone please suggest to him to attend ANY LEADERSHIP SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING? We are dying here! HELP!!!
